I've struggled with severe sun damage with vascular inflammation and rosacea for 6 years. This is the only product line that calms my red, hot, dry face. I've been using this product for almost 2 years and I can't use anything else. This wash leaves my skin feeling clean but moisturized and not irritated at all. I wash my face with this in the morning before applying my RX Rhofade for the day, and again at night when I use the redness solutions moisturizer afterwards, which is a perfect companion product that leaves my skin feeling calm. If I have any inflammation after using these products, it's simply the immediate redness that comes with touching my face at all, it disappears within a few minutes. I will be using this product during and long after my upcoming laser treatments to get rid of this sun damage and rosacea. After spending thousands on different products, you should try this one first if you have the same skin as I've described above. Beats every other redness face wash I've tried (and I've tried them all lol).

I have used this for years. It’s calming and great for my rosacea skin. The shipping recently has been taking quite a while so I have to make sure I order well in advance of running out. Other than the shipping time, I love the product.

I love this product. Before when I use cold creams or worse, baby wipes, there would always be residue left on my face when I used my toner. The Cotton pad would still have makeup on it. I never get that with this product. And because it keeps my face so clean, I hardly ever have those rosacea bumps or pimples. It helps reduce redness and swelling. So unless you're allergic to one of the ingredients, I would highly recommend this cleanser!

I have rosacea and this Effect is cooling in my skin. I like that it’s lightweight so I don’t have to use a bunch. It do s moisturize my skin which gas dried as I have matured. I love the smell it’s so fresh and clean
