So glad I bought this lovely clock.
When I found out it chimed ever quarter hour, I thought it would be a problem, but it was not. I love the chimes. I find the musical chimes comforting and relaxing. The notes carry which makes it NOT sound cheap or mechanical. It keeps accurate time and I never lose track of time now, either. It is beautiful and I feel it is worth every penny. If you enjoy the sound of well tuned windchimes, you will love this, too.

Good deal for chiming mantle clock.
Love my mantle clock. Nice sounding chimes. It replaced an heirloom that a dishonest clock repair person stole.

Great little clock
It may be small but has chimes like a large grandfather clock. Traditional chimes or cathedrals. Seeing the settings for am vs pm is very challenging. But it keeps great time and enjoyable.

Awesome Chime Clock
I wanted to replace my chime clock that I got from my mother's estate and have searched and searched and found this clock I was concerned that the volume would not be sufficient but it is really more than sufficient I think I'm going to turn it down.I also wanted a clock that chimed on the quarter hour I'm not sure if this one can be set to only chime on the hour but the chimes are awesome and it keeps perfect time I've only had it a day and this could change but so far it was a great investment.
