RAYNAGSet of 3 Genuine Leather Pen Sleeve Case Holder Pouch for Single Pen

When I first received these 3 years ago, I thought they were misrepresented and did not write about them. They looked too perfect to be real leather. Now, however, after having used them for 3 years I have noted that they are real leather. I have used the black one for 3 years and have noticed the leather has gotten softer with the inside getting a suede-like finish. I have also used the one with the natural hide (as opposed to the black and brown ones) for just over 2 years now, and not only can I see the hide on the inside of it slowly beginning to show signs of wear (by looking more like suede). The finish has also begun to show signs of wear, and has gotten slightly darker and shinier from being polished by my pocket lining. A great purchase at a great price!

I like this pen sleeve— not expensive and roomy. It can fit a thicker pen like my Cross… A marker can slide in too👍🏻

These are good for the price. Seem to be well-made. The bonded leather feels rather fake and plastic. Don't expect that genuine leather feel.

They are simple but nice. They look sturdy and they’re real leather. Good value for the price. I wouldn’t pay so much more for the same thing from a fancy brand.

Protects the pricey pen in my purse

Maybe it's real leather, maybe not; I wouldn't know.What I do know is that I've been carrying one of these for almost a year, and it still looks brand new. I use it to carry my Baronfig Squire pen, and it's perfect for that. I never worry about the pen coming out of it accidentally.I don't think I'll need any more than the 3-pack provides, but if I did, I wouldn't think twice about buying more.

I have to expand on my headline. I don't want to mislead anyone. I collect pens, properly note my collection is very modest and very small. With that said it should lead you to understand that I purchase items related to this activity for equally modest prices which is what attracted me to the cases in question. When I received them I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the quality far exceeded the cost. I do have a few items, both pens, pencils and accessories that aren't low cost so I felt I needed to review this purchase for others. You wouldn't put a thousand dollar pen in a cheap holder, I know I don't but these holders can accommodate pens close to that value. Only my opinion.

I saw the review commenting about the authenticity of the claim on the material used for the case. If the pen case is leather, it had been “processed” like plywood. Considering the cost of each case, I can’t complain. That been said, I love and collect pens. I’ve always used hard cases to protect my pens when I travelled. These sleeve cases had always make me anxious about my lacquered pens being scratched by or thru the case or the pen sliding out of its case. That doesn’t seem to be happening. The stitching on the case looks good, especially considering its price. The size of the case will not fit the larger fountain pens like the Parker Duofold.
