TruGlo Low-Profile Universal Fiber Optic Front Shotgun Wing & Clay Glo-Dot Sights, Green/Red/Dual Color

This is a great product. I bought the red colored front optic. This is the brightest optic for a front site that I’ve ever seen. It mounts very easily. Just take your time and make sure you put it on straight. I just bought the fourth one for my clay guns. It’s so bright, you want to aim down the barrel which of course you don’t want to do when shooting clays. It was a lot easier to buy it on Amazon then from the actual manufacturer.

First, I thought this was magnetic -- my mistake. I had used someone else's gun that had one of these type sights affixed and I was pleased with how it worked. I cleaned the rib with alcohol and affixed the sight. Apparently it didn't even make it as far as the return to the vault because it is no longer affixed and isn't on the floor of the vault. I'm still searching. I'll try something else next time. UPDATE: I found the sight weeks later stuck in my gun case. The combination of poor tape and a tight muzzle area of the case was too much for it. I tried again with heavy duty mounting tape and a different case and I am much happier. With tougher tape, I like it much better than the Hi-Viz magnetic sight I bought to replace it.

As far as universal type front shot gun sights go, I think would be a great option for most people. First of all, the sight is much brighter than some of the other competitors out there (that’s a huge plus!). The installation is simple if you are the least bit handy. The tape that came with mine was the good well known brand 3M Indoor/Outdoor type that I have used on many other projects. I presume it will hold up just fine on it’s own, but you can always add a dab of super glue for extra measure. The size was perfect for the ribbed barrel on my Beretta A390ST. I’m confident that the sight will last, but if it doesn’t I will update this review. I am not a professional and have not been paid to write this review. This is all just my own opinion as a Shooter/Hunter with 30+ years of experience. Opinions may vary!

Sight itself is nice 3m tape on the other hand would not stick to the rail on my Winchester. Ended up super gluing it on also doesn’t come with a screw or single bead to screw the back of the sight down.

I tried replacing the factory brass Barr with a compact fiber sight, but it took toi long to pickup, so I ordered this longer, brighter sight and wow what a difference. Bright, easy installation, great value.

Commandé pour être installé sur un 16 des années 40, ce guidon en fibre coloré ajoute une certaine modernité et un confort de visée. Collé sur le canon par du scotch type 3M, pour le moment après plusieurs moi ça tient toujours. Il ne faut pas oublier avant le collage d'avoir dégraissé le rail de visée du canon (l'idéal c'est qu'il soit lisse pour que le scotch adhère bien). Étant donné que le fusil est pour une utilisation très ponctuelle, à voir la tenue dans le temps. Pour 19,32€ le 30/07/2021, je trouve que c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Das TRUGLO Leuchtkorn in Grün haben wir auf einer Schrotflinte befestigt. Mein Freund hat bei seiner Prüfung fast jede Taube getroffen. Ein Kleber wird mitgeliefert und lässt sich leicht befestigen. Es hat einen guten Halt auf dem Lauf (Doppelbock). Es benötigt wirklich nur sehr wenig Licht um deutlich zu leuchten.

Verlängert die real und führt den Blick gut ins Ziel.

Fibre optique de bonne qualité même excellente question réfléchissement, mais collant en vrac a moitié posé. pas métal mais plastique, pour le prix il y a des sous marque d’aussi bonne qualité. Ca ne vaut pas le prix c’est certain!
