I bought one to use while waiting for a more expensive better known product. Zero expectations. It came very quickly & I was impressed by the sound quality, quality of the microphone, and how light and comfortable it is. When the headset I ordered earlier finally arrived, I found the sound quality inferior & those I spoke with both by phone and video conference complained I was hard to hear. I bought a second and it is equal in performance to the first. I have no idea whether the claimed noise cancellation works as I am working in an environment with no noise issues. That's why I gave this aspect only three stars.

I work from home and I was happy to find this, as it fits comfortably over my glasses. It worked great for the first month, then the microphone started to malfunction. I can't use it anymore since it sounds like I'm down a well no matter how I adjust it. Frustrated as it's after the return period, waste of money.

I've tried Jabra and Sennheiser, and found them to be lacking in voice quality and comfort. This headset is the best of the bunch, and ideal for call-center locations. The ear cup is plush and comfortable, and the sound is crystal clear. Also, it has a volume control that's louder than the other headsets I've tried. Why I'm giving it four instead of five stars, is that the control device that mutes the sound and adjusts the volume is backwards (upside down) on the cord, and it is placed too far up the cord near the headset to avoid being annoying. Also, as soon as you plug in the headset to your device a blue light on the control bar lights up, and stays lit up the entire time. I'm going to cover it up, as I find the light annoying. It doesn't have an on/off light, like the red mute light. I know when I've plugged it in, so I don't need a light reminding me. Other than that, this is best headset I've found for the price. Oh, also, the clip that's on the other end of the headset, that fits snugly to your head is solid plastic--I would add a little padding or foam to it, to make it a bit more comfortable. Nonetheless, the unit is light enough to go all day and still be comfortable. Halfway through the day, I just reverse it (left ear/right ear), and I can barely tell I'm wearing it.

I was skeptical. We had been buying name brand headsets from our regular IT vendor, but since COVID spring and the explosion of video based client meetings it has been getting harder to acquire these units. In comes AMZ with a brand I have never heard of, but has delivered a product that my clients are more than happy with. Since they pay the bill they are happier to find that the cost is less than half what the "other" units were going for.Time will tell if they hold up as long at the others but for now I have a solution for those in need.UPDATE:I have now ordered more for the office. Everyone who has been given one is enjoying crisp clear sound on the many Zoom Skype Teams WebEx BlueJeans calls as well as my Dragon Speak user. Windows recognizes the device immediately and the multiple VC software version have no issues using the device.

I ordered this headset and it was not the right product for my phone. The company took it back and issued a prompt refund. However, they didn't stop there they reached out to ask me it I would allow them to send me a product of theirs for free that would work with my phone. I just had to provide them the phone make and model number and a shipping address. I was first floored even receive such a request and I have to say that the headset they sent works well with my phone. Thato me speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service or satisfaction. Thank so much to Wantek.

I'm more than satisfied if that's possible. I work as a phone operator, so I'm using this on average 8h everyday. Reasonably comfortable, good sound quality. No complaints from clients not hearing me. Can be worn on both ears, since the mic tilts both ways. One ear free, since I still need to hear some apps on my phone. I did some sound testing and recording and everything was peachy. Maybe the control panel should be not as close to the headset, since I let it rest on the table instead of clipping it to my clothing. But it's more of a personal preference. I'm happy, when this ones broke, I just hope to be able to buy them again.An addition. I've read other reviews and not sure if it refers to the same product. Mine has two mute buttons, one for the mic and one for the ear. I can easily mute the mic, if I'm coughing, or mute the earphone when someone goes jabajaba for too long. This is just a "generic" headset, it doesn't interact with the interface you're using. No hang up button, just on/off the mic or earphone, and up/down volume. That's more than enough for the price. I still use the mouse to pick up or hang up phone calls. Click the mouse button or tap on the headset control? Why is that relevant?

Boo hoo… this is the 2nd set I bought that has broken. 😢 I just picked it up to place it over my head and it came apart on the side that has the earpiece—it broke off about 2 inches above the earpiece. Unfortunately the exact same thing happened with the 1st headset I bought. It had good sound and was simple to use, but I’m not sure what it is that’s causing it to ‘snap’ like it does, but now the “wire” is exposed and the headset is unusable. I’m not buying another of these. Real disappointed…

I have had no problem with the headeset. Can use on either ear. The microphone attachment is bendable to you can adjust it to where you want it. Attachment moves up and down. Headset is adjustable for head size. Volume works perfectly. Have not had any problems hearing anyone and no one has said anything about not hearing me. Would reccommend.

The price was great. It was exactly what I wanted. Clear sound great mic. I’m heard clearly. Comfy on the head. If I can say just one negative would be nice to have the side opposite the ear piece padded that it on the head but it’s not a big deal.

What I bought was to work a contact-centre-from-home job and it works great! When I bought it, it was a single-ear headset. I see now that it's listed as a two-ear headset, so not sure the listing as it is now is the same product I bought, and so I have reviewed my star rating accordingly, since what is now being sold under this listing isn't what I bought.

Originally purchased as my Bluetooth headset wasn’t working well with my work cell, and wouldn’t connect.Ordered this headset as it had good reviews and seemed like a decent price. Received the headset, packaged great and seemed like a great fit but then I realized that the USB port will not work (my error).Returned to Amazon.The company reached out to me to find out what the issue was, I explained the above and they sent me the proper headset without hesitation. Received the replacement within 24hours and the headset is as great as the other one, but I can actually use it.Definitely recommend this headset. Great quality and doesn’t hurt your ears.

They aren't great at anything in particular, other than the mute/volume controls are decent i guess for the price. They dont fit very well, kind of awkward and tight on your head. Not comfortable for all day use. That being said the sound/mic quality isnt terrible but i wouldnt recommend for regular use... spend a little more and get something that will be more comfortable and long lasting.
