Does this binocular come with a neck strap?

I never use my strap, but I found this comment on an owner's review: "When I put the strap on the binocs, I found that hanging them from my neck was uncomfortable: the position of the strap attachments (midway down the binocs) make the top lean out, so the edge with the objective lenses digs right into my sternum. (They do provide you with a soft pouch that you can wear on your belt.)"

what are the interpupilary distances in the Olympus 8-16x25 and 10-30x25 and is it possible to adjust them?

I don't know the distances but I know you can adjust them. You can adjust the distance from the pupil to the lenses
