I ordered a lot of 5 and just received 1 tube, please send the remaining 4 or reimburse me for the 4 tubes I didn’t receive!

You should have received 5 tubes. Contact Amazon to correct

Hi there... I have been using this cream for years but I just noticed that Avon changed the formulation. Is your cream white and creamy or gel like?

It's NOT the same scent at all. It is strongly over perfumed, & doesn't moisturize the same as the original

Is the price for quantity of 5 tube of 4.2oz?

Yes, this is for quantity 5 - 4.2 oz tubes.

Why are some of your reviews saying they only received one tube?? is it for 5 ? or 1 ? or 4? which is it?

There are 5 tubes of hand cream in the bag. I bought 2 lots of hand cream and they were sent in separate packages.
