What is the outside diameter of the barrel on the 8ga and the 10ga?

The O.D. of the 8 ga. Is 0.155”. I don’t have any of the 10 ga.

What size/guage needle would I need to inject Elmers glue?

almers glue is very runny you could use a 14 ga. needle , i think it would be fine

What type syringe can these go on? I got one that states it is "Luer Lock" but it is threaded - this needle is not?

It has threading so it will fit on a Luer Lock style syringe. While that's the most secure way to fit it to the syringe, it will also work fine on a slip fit syringe (a syringe that does not have Luer Lock threading). Note that since the flange on this syringe is metal, it can be a tight fit on some Luer Lock syringes since the syringe threading is plastic, and lower cost syringes often don't have the best tolerances on the threading. I've used these needles on quite a few Luer Lock syringes and for some syringes it takes a fair amount of effort to screw the needle on securely.
