Heavy Duty Carbon Remover (Liquid), 1 Pint, 1 Count, (K10616-1)

Used this on the bottom two Magnalite pans. One had 60 years of buildup, and it took me 4 applications. The second pan had only half of the buildup, so it was mostly gone in one application. I had tried vinegar and baking soda, which did very little. Also oven cleaner did not work.

Product took off thick carbon and grease but not the deep or superficial baked on staining, even with using 3 times.

It worked well enought but could not get the top off and had to use pliers which ruined the top

I had purchased Carbon Off in the past and it worked as advertised. However, recently I purchased another pint from Amazon.com to complete cleaning of a waffle baker. One grid cleaned beautifully with my older, almost empty can... I then opened the "new" pint. After many applications, the carbon is still not removed. I called the manufacturer who related that the batch code on my can is over two years old. The manufacturer also related that Carbon Off has a shelf life and loses effectiveness. I have tried to return the out of date Carbon Off and Amazon will not allow the return. Buyer beware!
