Recommend for pain, delivered timely good price. Long lasting relief, and the large are perfect for a knee.

Soothing pain relief
Bio freeze is my go to for pain relief. The menthol in the patches seems to work for me. I drive alot so I usually put a patch on my shoulder and my lower back for soothing relief. Sometimes lower back the patch doesn't adhere properly probably from my shirt bunching up. I tried some pieces of medical tape to keep in place. Overall a good product when needed.

Intense gel
Bio freeze works better than other patches. They cover a larger area and have intense gel that lasts a long time. They stick on well. The packaging is easier to open than others.

Biofreeze Pain Relief Patches 3 pack
Convenient and Effective Relief – Minor Issues with Adhesion Review: I’ve been using the Biofreeze Pain Relief Patches 3-pack for a few weeks to help with occasional muscle soreness and back pain, and overall, I’m impressed. The patches provide a strong, cooling sensation that helps ease discomfort quickly, and the relief typically lasts several hours — perfect for getting through a workday or sleeping more comfortably at night. One of the best things about these patches is how easy they are to apply. They go on smoothly and don’t make a mess like creams or gels. The 3-pack is especially convenient for keeping a few on hand at home, in the gym bag, or at work. The only real downside I’ve noticed is that the adhesive isn’t always consistent. Sometimes the patch peels off prematurely, especially if I’m moving around a lot or if the area isn’t perfectly clean and dry. Also, the menthol scent is quite strong — I don’t mind it, but some people might find it overpowering. Still, this is a great product that does exactly what it promises. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to relieve minor aches and pains.

A must have for muscle aches and pain
Wow, these are exceptional. I've used the roll on but these patches really helped my neck and upper shoulder pain. They are easy to apply and stay right in place.

Instant & Long-Lasting Pain Relief
I've had a problem with my right thigh for a couple of months now; it starts just above the outside of the right knee, but can end up near the hip; sometimes one spot or the other & sometimes both at the same time. It can get pretty unbearable if I stand for 15 minutes. Massage didn't help. I can barely use a tiger tail on it. I was just introduced to BioFreeze (gel form) earlier this year for tendonitis in the elbow. A bottle of the gel is part of my medicine cabinet now. The gel works on my leg, but doesn't last as long as the patches. A patch relieves the pain immediately and lasts a long time. I found these patches more effective than Lidocaine. Being on my leg, I don't smell anything.

average in results
i bought three different products and was surprised how this company calls this a large patch. while they do give the measurements prior to purchase i had to see them for myself and try them out before i made any comment about the product. they have a strong scent but i didnt buy them for the smell. i wanted a BACK size pad and not one for a wrist or quarter neck size. i wont buy this product again as i can get many more products and get better results. These have a varying satisfactory history with me this all depends on the weather, the temperature how much you sweat, where you are putting the pad and more. If you can use medical tape to hold these in place because they can roll off or become too mushy to work properly. It also depends on where you put these pads (and, oh btw you don't want to apply this and then touch sensitive areas like you eyes or any others sensitive area before you wash your hands. Wash first and diligently before anywhere else. I use them on my neck, arms, legs chest and back. They are NOT perfect for everyone but they do provide some pain relief for me. There isn't one perfect tool which will work on everyone. Some may need physical therapy and/or pain relief meds and/or wraps/support devices. I am trying the icy hot roll on product to be more targeting to locations of pain. There are advantages to using the pads and advantages to using the roll on. The pads don't transfer the medication to clothing as the roll on will but when the medication wears off from the pads you just peal it off and wash the area well. There is nothing to throw away with the roll on. The pads require to be kept in a sealed bag so they don't all activate in air and become useless when needed so the roll on gains traction over the pads for transport and use. Having said all that, again, its all personal choice. You might need to try them all and decide if you want/need increased/decreased medical strength of one over the other or which chemical is used for one or the other. Some may have negative reaction to one over the other. You might even need to speak to your physician before you try any of these pads/roll one for me its mostly a question of how bad the pain is on a given day, what activities I will be involved in, the weather and other factors on a daily basis. I will say this again, WATCH WHAT YOU TOCH AFTER HANDLING ANY OF THESE ITEMS AS THEY CAN CAUSE LOCALIZED MEDICAL ISSUES (LIKE GROIN) OR WORSE IF YOU TOUCH ANYWHERE NEAR EYES.

Instant Pain Relief
Lidocaine patches weren't covered by the insurance & too expensive out of pocket so I gave these a try instead & they worked amazing.
