For the most part I like these brushes. They seem to be good quality after a couple weeks of use and a couple of cleanings. I did have to clip some bristles that were too long, but only a few on 2 of the brushes. I am especially pleased with the blush brush (the short, fat, stubby brush), but I'm not loving the powder brush or (what I am calling) the foundation brush. The powder brush (the larger brush with bristles straight across) is smaller than I would like; the foundation brush (larger brush with angled bristles) is a little to soft for applying foundation. My previous foundation brush had more backbone, which I prefer, and I have bought a different one.. The smaller brushes are all fine.They came in an attractive, soft, black, plastic case. Although it's fine I was a little disappointed because I had read in previous reviews the case was an attractive hard case. I travel a lot and the extra protection would be welcome.I received my shipment in a timely manner. No problems so I didn't need to communicate with the seller.

You can really feel the quality, because after my daily usage and multiple washes, they didn't start shading and didn't fall apart.
