Put one to a flame. Resin will burn. Paint will catch, etc. actual stones might turn a little black from the lighter fluid but it’ll wash off.

Amethyst is a purple colored quartz - low quality will have purple veins and/or very light purple shade - these are likely natural and real but of a lower grade of the stone/crystal…

Hello Friend- From What I’m Able to Gather by the Picture this is a 8mm Bead with a 1mm Hole.  I do know that a 1mm would String nicely with cord, elastic, & string equal to the size of a 21 Gauge wire. Some side by side comparison with the wire & what you are using to string the beads will help get a better idea of what to use but I think just making sure it’s a 1mm cord(or whatever you are using to String the Bracelets with) Should Work Great For You. This means that synthetic gemstones are classified and sold as "real", although not as "natural". To be labeled natural, stone must be produced by nature. You can also buy stone testing kits.
