Fantastic chips
My friend used to get bags of these to share years ago at his place of work. We loved them, but after his work stopped selling them I decided to take a trip down memory lane via Amazon.Just as I remember, they're amazing chips. Flavor wise, they're absolutely loaded with that perfect combination of hot habanero & smoky barbeque, all while packing an intense punch of spice. It's that kind of spice that doesn't overpower the flavor of the chip, but it can easily overwhelm you if you eat too much at once since it sort of sneaks up on you. IMO, it's perfect.Would have subtracted one star as Amazon only shipped me 5 bags instead of 6, but they're so damn good I'd feel bad giving it anything less than the max.

Not just quite hot, but SUPER tasty, chips
Most "hot" chips on the market are either hot for the sake of hot and lack flavor or are bland. Not these! They are hot, but not so hot that you cannot eat them at all. (Of course, I realize that everyone's heat tolerance varies. Mine is perhaps 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest. I find them hot enough for my head to be beaded with sweat after I eat a bagful of them!)But it is in how tasty they are that these chips really shine. Superb!

So good!
These are so good. Kind of like an everything chip but spicy. Cute packaging too.

An EXPLOSION of Savory, Spicy Flavor!!
First off, the packaging art on these bags is amazing, showing Mama Zuma, who looks like a temptress from a cover on a pulp magazine of the 1940s, holding an habanero pepper; one of the most creative wrappers ever. The chips live right up to their package: These kettle-cooked chips are crunchier than most chips, with a lot of thick, folded-over chips, and a decent amount of seasoning on them--I dare you to find a bald chip in the bag. I wouldn't exactly say they're barbecue flavored, but rather, spicy, a wonderful taste that is unique in the chip world. I was a Grippo's fan for many a year, but I think they're been dethroned by Mama Zuma's Revenge.

I Love These Chips
I wish they sold these chips around me. I would rated the value for money higher if it did not cost higher to buy online. If you have a Whole Foods around you they are typically cheaper. They are very spicy chips. Do not buy if you do not like very spicy.

Buy Them Now
What's not to love? Had these for the first time at a Mendocino Farms in LA and was like damn! First off they are not that hot. However they can creep up on you very easily. These chips are all about flavor they have a sweet smokiness to them that is on par addiction wise with crack. Perfect to slam on your sandwich or crush and bake them on chicken. You can't go wrong with these chips I freaking love them and will continue to keep them in stock. Also worth mentioning that I have yet to find them sold at any brick & mortar location so this Amazon offering is a blessing.

Good crunch, flavor is paprika + heat + potato
Pretty spicy, but the Habenero just provides heat...I couldn't descern any Habenero flavor. The flavor is paprika + heat + potato chip. The chips themselves have a good kettle-chip crunch and sturdy kettle-texture. While I liked these I don't think I would buy them again, the level of heat was right on but the flavor profile was a little 1 dimensional for me.
