A big upgrade over a headset slightly cheaper that sounds and works great. Much lighter and more comfortable than other head sets I have used similarly priced. I had an issue so I contacted support and I had a replacement set in mailbox less than a week after contact. And most importantly, while playing my favorite FPS video game, the sound is much better than comparably priced headsets.

HA NO, but I like how comfortable they are and they can last you a good while with good quality, the mic is good and clear,all around a good product, don’t expect it to last forever tho, max I got in all my years using this brand of headphones is a year and a half.

Since I've always bought cordless gaming headsets, I didn't see a need for this kind, until dealing with a popular FPS game, that continued to have audio problems with a specific model of a headset from this same company. Knowing the quality of Turtle Beach, allowed me to purchase this one. Personally for me having to wear glasses, I am happy with the comfortable ear muffs. Sometimes playing long game times, these allow comfortable game play. It doesn't squeeze against my head. Decent quality sound, a good mic that allows you to easily flip it on and off, long enough cord to connect to your controller and an easy to use volume control too. Only drawback compared to higher level units, is having only one sound control, you cannot separate gaming sounds from voice sounds. Overall, these are a good choice for a comfortable gaming experience, with good sound quality at a good price.

My grandson found these on Amazon and he asked me to order them for him so I did and he still playing with this controller for I think about a year year and a half he loves it I recommend this for kids and the price is wonderful I will buy again is cordless easy to charge and stay charged and the performance is absolutely wonderful the sound on it is fantastic he said again I will recommend this to any family has kids playing games they will love it and so will you

I ordered these for my Grandson for Christmas. Almost 2 months later he was having a hard time hearing with them. The problem was off n on. I contacted support and received an email. First they needed model # and some other info from the headphones. Then they wanted us to do several types of test . The instructions were a lot and very confusing. We didn’t have the time or patience to go through all they wanted.Not very good customer service in my opinion. I ended up telling them to just forget it. I bought my grandson another pair from a different company. I think this company should have stood behind its product and just offered to replace them.My friend who works for Best Buy , sad they would have just exchanged them. Should have bought them there .
