Product did not work at all, was unable to return it as it was a gift bought in advance and was outside of the return window.

This charger has worked well with my m17 r2 and keeps the charge even under heavy loads. It does get quite warm, dare I say hot, when in use. That's an observation, not a complaint, and the heat is completely normal and no cause for alarm

They sent me a charger that lit up but, didn’t charge my laptop. I had to take it to get looked at after my DC port was replaced only to find out it charges with other chargers and that this one was defective. I don’t suggest buying one from here…

Lights up but won't power on my laptop. Numbers match and old one works fine.

I received my new power adapter for my Alienware laptop. As I plugged it in it immediately began to shoot sparks everywhere. It blew out in several places, and even burned my thumb. Needless to say it didn't work out. Zero stars, but it won't let me do that rating.

Have had this battery for a couple weeks and it works perfectly for my Alienware Area 51m laptop. It got rid of the message saying I needed two 240W batteries (the laptop came with a 240W and 180W battery).

This power transformer works as expected on my Alienware laptop. Perfect replacement for the original transformer. Great price too!

Horrible piece of junk. It made a humming noise (which I’ve never heard a charger do) and it heated up quickly, especially the plug on the computer side of the cord. Quickly unplugged and returned.
