Ils ont la taille des comprimés de paracétamol dosés à 1000mg. D'aucuns diront qu'ils sont un peu gros. Je prend ces comprimés dans le cadre du traitement d'un syndrome femoro-patélaire au genou gauche et pour préserver le cartilage de mes articulations. Je pratique la course à pied. Après presque 2 mois de prise les résultats ne sont pas fulgurants. A voir avec le temps.

I chose this product as I am a vegetarian and there does not seem to be any ingredients derived from animals in there. That being said, nothing on the bottle states they are suitable for vegetarians/ vegans. They have helped a lot with my knee pain and given me the confidence to get back into sport.
