I LOVE this beautiful product and the customer service is truly the best I have ever encountered! My pictures show the beautiful box and lovely packaging, the pretty drawstring bag the necklace comes in, the quality of every single item. Take a look if you're curious. This necklace has gotten more comments than any necklace I've EVER worn. (I only wish it weren't flat on the back-- would be nice if it were round on all sides) The thing is, not only is this a beautiful and completely unique piece of jewelry that turns heads, it seems like I might be more at peace when wearing it. If that's not enough, they send you a GORGEOUS FREE GIFT! NO KIDDING. The free gift looks to be just as valuable as the main necklace and it comes in its own cute little bag. I had a problem with the cord on my necklace and my free gift broke when I dropped it...I contacted them and QUICKLY recieved replacements for BOTH! I had no idea they would replace the free gift, but that's the kind of company this is. I don't know these people at all, but I am so confident in this company and their products that I recommend them wholeheartedly! And if you are on the fence, jump off! You'll love your pretty necklace and if you don't, these people have your back. You've got nothing to lose.

I absolutely love this crystal necklace! It also came with a informative card and a gift just for purchasing this beautiful necklace. The gift is a black orgonite Crystal that you can place on the same necklace or another. This would make a beautiful gift. I love that it's also handmade and reiki energy and love is within this crystal. I love the the packaging

I love the positive energy I've been getting since I've received the necklace. Not only has my mood improved but I'm able to nail my yoga poses. I notice have a lot more patience and I'm actually thinking about what to do & how to execute it rather than diving right in & getting frustrated. Im more capable of getting through any situation regardless of how stressful than I was 6 months ago. My physical ailments that make it hard for me to complete day to day tasks/chores becoming less noticeable (i.e. I suffer from bulging disks in my spine as well as OA) & I'm no where close to experiencing as much pain as I was 2 months ago or even a month ago. I was very skeptical about buying crystals online as I was afraid they would not b real, which unfortunately was the case for the first necklace I bought for my husband. Then I found this site & after reading all the reviews (& getting "a feeling" that i should get it), I decided to go ahead w/ my purchase (which I'm so very glad I did!!!) I recommend this company to anyone looking to cleanse/balance their Chakras. I just wish this company had more of a variety of crystals that you can choose from & as a matter of fact if I had one complaint, that would be it. P.S. This was a gift to myself, from myself, because everyone needs to show themselves a lil self-love every once in a while. Call me selfish I don't care. The way I see it is; everyone's trying to promote self-love, well, you buy your loved ones gifts, how is it any different... Just saying...😉 The first step for finding Love; is to Love yourself!!!

This product, in my opinion, is well made, I like the colors and the overall look of the product, however, check the size to make sure it's what you want. It's a little big (in my opinion). The charm/stone seems plastic, so it looks pretty, but when you hold it, it seems inexpensive. The adjustable cord is string. I've worn it a few times and it's fun. It's not my favorite.

I notice that the back of it had a nick. I wrote to them about my find. They immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement which I received today. I love my beautiful pendant. All of these kinds of products are subjective and dependant on the users reality. Although this product is cute and relatively sturdy, it might also not be completely natural as some people define the word. It does seem to have shavings or shards of stones and placed in a resign. I didn't expect more than that. I have only worn this necklace a handful of times. The first time I felt horrible and then realized I had covid. Then after healing it seemed to have some sort of calming affect especially for my chest. I have had heart issues in the past so this was a pleasant surprise. But the chord isnt that comfortable on my skin and the back end of the chord shifts and pulls the pendant up my chest. But thats most likely because of my weight and shape in that area. So very subjective. I try to stay open to all forms of healing and natural elements. I probably just need more on skin contact with stones. But this might work for you as either a style choice and/or healing properties if your in that state of mind/energy/reality.

Love my necklace!!! I make sure I cleanse it and have set it out in the sun to charge. I feel so empowered.
