| Warranty Description | Satisfaction guaranteed up to 20 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. If not completely satisfied with product performance, when used as directed, contact Miracle Sealants Company for product replacement or at its option, refund of the purchase price upon return of unused portion with the original dated receipt. Replacement costs for labor and installation materials such as tile, natural stone, grout, setting materials, under floor heating, electrical, plumbing and any other costs associated with the installation. 2. Improper installation. 3. Improper use of maintenance and household products. 4. Ordinary wear and tear. 5. Any color or shade variations, different markings, holes, pits, inclusions, veining, density and any element inherent to natural stone and tile surfaces. Procedure for Making a Claim. The original purchaser must notify Miracle Sealants Company of the defect in writing within 30 days of discovery. Original Purchaser must supply unused product and the original purchase receipt. Failure to produce documentation renders warranty null and void in its entirety. No claim will be honored unless Miracle Sealants Company is given an opportunity to inspect the allegedly defective product. Failure to produce product for inspection renders the warranty null and void in its entirety. |

Prevents stains and easy to apply
I used this to seal the marble decking around our pool. We noted that it stains easily with leaves, dirt, etc. This is easy to apply and dries quickly. Does not change the look of the marble, but does make it more water resistant. It does seem to prevent stains to a great extent and makes it easier to clean. It does not make the marble shiny, but was not expecting that. Will plan to reapply at least once per year.

Saved My Pool Rock
The cool old vintage rock coping on our pool is saved. Perfect dull shine. Easy to use. Dried so quickly. Price was almost to low! Pool is filed and ready for summer!

Works great if you want to keep original look of stone
Great product that just works. Wanted a porous sealer for our arctic white marble pool deck. Seems like we just look at these pavers and they stain from everything from just dirt to pine needles. Did not want to change the appearance to have any gloss or darkening. Applied yesterday and completely satisfied with results See before and after photos of water sealing after first coat and plan to do 2 as instructed. Only need to see if this product lasts

Gets the job done but no applicator.
This works very well and a little goes a long way! It was able to seal and protect the travertine around my pool. Perhaps the only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is that it seems pricey for the size and does not include any type of applicator.

Not cheap, but it works well.
This product works well. It is not cheap, but was necessary to protect my new travertine pavers by my pool. I ended up purchasing (5) bottles to cover all of the pavers twice. The manufacturer’s directions call for wiping excess off the surface after 3-5 minutes. Considering the price, I wasn’t about to wipe any of it off. After a moderate rain, water was clearly beading nicely.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND WEARING A MASK!!! Water beads up perfectly!!!
2/2022: my shower and bathroom are still well sealed. I still haven't gotten around to the kitchen grout yet but I will definitely be using this product.The water still beads up on the bathroom grouts.2019: I bought a pint to use for my shower tile, floor in the bathroom, and my kitchen backsplash and window sills.I finally got around to the shower yesterday. I used a foam craft brush to apply to sealant. I don't recommend that form of application because it caused a lot of foaming. However, since I didn't have anything else to use I continued with it.I applied the sealant as per the directions. Let it sit about 3 - 5 minutes and wiped it off the tiles. I only needed to seal the grout as the tiles didn't need to be sealed. After I sealed the grout in the walls I sealed the floor grout. I have a pebbled floor and again, just needed to seal the grout.After I completed the floor and wiped up the excess I waited about 2 hours and repeated the process.The smell didn't bother me until I sat in the living room after completing the task. I got a sore throat and my nose became plugged. I closed the bathroom door and lit a candle in the living room. That took away the odor.This morning I couldn't smell it at all. I dripped a little water on the shower floor and wall and it beaded up perfectly.I had to order a quart more so I can do the remaining grout areas. As soon as it arrives I'll finish the bathroom floor, kitchen backsplash and window sills.Ok, it's been five days since I sealed my shower and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO WEAR A MASK. I have had a sore throat and nasal passages since about 6 hours after using the product. Now, that's completely my fault because I read the directions and they clearly say to wear a mask and open windows and doors and use the fan if you have one.I sealed the bathroom floor grout yesterday. I really like how the water beads up now!Next will be the kitchen grout!I highly recommend this product. Other than needing a face mask and opening windows and turning on the fan, it's a wonderful product.

Not impressed with resuls
Disappointed in the product. I have used the regular 511 and contacted the company as to whether this would be a better choice for my natural stone tile shower and was told it would. I applied 3 coats while letting dry in between for maximum benefit but wasn't impressed. The regular 511 was far better at preventing staining and keeping the shower cleaner much longer. It was very expensive for a small container and not impressed.
