What I like is that this headset fits my head. It has soft earbuds, an adjustable headband, and unparalleled production quality! It is very comfortable to wear, and the noise reduction effect is very good. People told me that they heard me clearly. I really like the flexibility of the microphone that I can easily adjust it to the right position. The product is well packaged with the necessary extra connectors, so it can work with my phone.

Bought this for the days I telecommute from home. Delivered today so I got to testing right away. Had my husband call me on my cell in a different room and I could hear the television and the cars driving by......basically everything going on in the background. There is a busy street right in front of our aparment and I needed this headset predominantly for noise cancelling purposes but doesn't look like that will be happening. Will need to go shop for one that minimizes the background noise.

When I work at home, it's perfect for meetings. It's more reliable than wireless technology, and the microphones pick up well, so far no one has complained that they can't hear me. The headset frees my hands to do other things, and I can work on the computer without holding the phone rigidly. The headphones are very comfortable and adjustable, I especially like the clips and volume controls on the wires. I'm completely happy with this purchase.

The headset is very comfortable. I do not need to constantly adjust the microphone and people can hear me well . The headband can be adjusted to fit the size of my head and does not slip easily. The sound quality of the headphones is very good, a mute button on the line which is useful to me. It's definitely worth the price.

Great product for the price

I have a Cisco IP phone at work, and rely on this as my backup headset. I prefer to use a Bluetooth Plantronics headset, but they do not last long. This 100% meets the need, is easy to plug in and use. I would highly recommend this for a corded headset.
