Don't buy anything from Radionic
I received the second power supply because the first didn't work, the second had exactly the same problem. Connected to 120VAC and measured 0.7VAC instead of 11.5VAC. I sent the manufacture an e-mail two weeks ago and never received an answer. Stay away from these products.
