The ham was pass… not good …???

It was amazing with Cheese

Having spent much time in Seville and enjoyed the best Iberico ham my local friends were able to get for me, this was the opposite of the genuine thing. Thickly sliced when it should be as near wafer as possible, chewy when it ought to feel like it melts in your mouth and a taste hardly reminiscent of the delight that it could and should be.

Great taste, but so expensive.

I just received two packages of this item. I haven't opened them yet and cannot comment about taste. But quality of cut is very inconsistent. While one package seems ok, the other contains way too much fat. See photo for reference. It feels like a lottery. I won't be buying from this supplier again. Too risky.

This ham was really dark (almost black) and very cured. A bit like when a full ham leg has been started for months and remaining meat gets hard and dry. I would not be buying this me again.

Bought that again because it was so nice the first time (at Christmas) but I was completely disappointed this time
