This has a pillow filled with microbeads that conforms to your lap. You can move the microbeads to make the desk tilt higher or flatten for a more level position. That's it. No fancy adjustments.

The lap desk is just as shown and described. Wood like desk, which holds things as listed. Cushioned bottom and material handle. if you are asking if it folds up into a case, no. I am not sure what turn into a case; it is just as it looks. It meets my needs and I enjoy it. hope this helps, will try again if not.
