its exp. date is 4 years after its "made date". But I wouldnt leave it for four years after being opened unless you freeze it, even then, that's a long time frozen

This is a Peruvian seasoning. I use it to make a Traeger smoker recipe called Peruvian Chicken. You can look up the recipe on their web site. Would work on a regular bbq or you could make it in an oven. It is not super spicy.

You can basically season the leaves how you want. Of course you have to grind the leaves into a paste. My mom adds garlic, salt, pepper, and oil. She rubs chicken with it. Puts the chicken in the bottom of a pot adds more sauce to cover them and uses these plants - I think fava beans?- to cover that. She covers the pot and let’s it cook.
