While i love my football boots i do suffer from blisters from time to time. Rather then risk it i use a bit of this tape around my heel and hey presto no more blisters, or least it gives me the confidence that i wont get them. I do find it isn't always the most adhesive. I find that Rubbing it first to warm it up or putting one layer on and another just above/wider helps, and a good 5 to 10mins before im putting my socks on to let it stick and sit. When putting your socks up just be careful not to catch it. I find this really helps in keeping it in place and so far not had any issues.

I use this to cover my nipples to prevent chafing while running, and to act as a "second skin" on the more rub-prone parts of my feet. It sticks well enough, generally, but the foot tape does tend to come off by the end of a longer run. I'd buy it again, as it's a decent balance of cost Vs function. It would be lovely if it was tearable though instead of needing to be scissor-cut.

I bought the 5cm and 3.8 cm tape. I use lots of zinc oxide tape for sports. Easy application, good adhesion and easy tear are things I look for. This is my first time using this tape. For the 5cm tape, Application- too difficult to pull the tape! I mean, really difficult. So much so that some of the participants in my group find it unusable (1*) I can pull out the tape myself but it really is a struggle. Adhesion - not bad but not the best (3*). Easy tear - this is good. It tears easily and smoothly (5*). For the 3.8cm tape, Application - easy to pull (5*), Adhesion - Poor, easily dislodges (1*), Easy tear - good (5*). So it looks like the the quality varies between the different width tapes. Both have flaws. I won't be buying this again. I'll stick to my tried and trusted tapes.

Used it on my son's ankle and my wrist in this hot weather. Good adhesion despite sweat. No stretch and therefore provided good stability to the joints. If you put the area in water, the adhesion loosens, or you can use acetone (nail polish remover).

Useless. Unfortunately the tape does not stick to my skin no matter where I put it. I have no product on. It doesn't stick properly at all never mind throughout exercise like I'd intended. I am a gymnast and I bought it for my joints. Even tried it on areas that don't bend but it's definitely the adhesive that's the problem. Having said that it would also be better if it had a bit of stretch. Photograph is about 30 seconds after application. Applied at about 120° bend of the knees and I moved to 90° to stand up for it to unstick.
