Super sharp knives made for super sharp cooks!
Lightweight, good grip, super sharp, thin to medium thin blade. Only thing I didn’t like was that the printing is actually etched into the blade and has a ‘ this could get maybe rust forming where the etching is’ kind of suspicion. So far it has made quick work of little tasks such as stabbing open the foil and paper blister packs of pill packets and saving my nonexistant nails. Goes thru baby tomatoes like butter. I wish it came with a sheath blade cover since I cannot find one for that size blade online that will fit this small lavender purple knife. Great value for a great knife to use for home cooking and other lightweight utility tasks.

I love these knives!
I really like to cook but I don't have the money to buy super expensive knives. But after using these I don't think I'll ever buy any other brand. I also like the fact that they are colored. Since they are very sharp I like that they stick out from the silverware when they are in the dishwasher silverware rack. I can tell these are well made and will last me for many years. So far I have purchased their bread knife, chef's knife and paring knife and I use all three more than any knife brand I own. I actually like my Mercer chef's knife more than my Victorinox chefs knife. It's probably recommended that they don't go through the dishwasher but they seem to be holding up very well. I also put them through a lot of abuse buy not wiping the blade when wet and letting them sit in my wet sink. Even though they are carbon and I live in a humid climate they have withstood the worst and should have rusted but they have not. I would definitely recommend purchasing this. Usually, I'm very critical about stuff I purchase on Amazon so you know it's good.

SO sharp
This knife is so sharp, don't even look further for a sharper one...The handle is a bit long for me and I wish it was a bit bulkier, and I would prefer a natural handle, but one cannot have everything...I returned one German wood handled knife (for just under $30) and a Japanese one at the same price. The first one was too petite (though I"m not a big person and have have no arthritis etc), but it was gorgeous with a perfectly smooth handle and the right weight but not as sharp as this one.The latter one was sharp, but way to heavy (for me) and had too sharp of a spine where the metal and wood connected. This knife is not as fancy as I would have liked but for the price, I'm very happy with it.

Blade
This knife matches my kitchen and after several washes, there is no sign of rust. It has a nice thick handle making it easy to grip.

Chefs point of view.....
I'm not a knife snob... and I've been a professional yacht chef since the 1980's. Simply put, while there are better knives out there... with much better steel but for a boatload more money too. There is also a well-known brand that ROCKS them for about $7. I've been buying them since they were $ 3.50. I call them my disposables, but they arrive razor sharp and are easily brought back to that. If a crew member uses them to cut a line or open a beer... I don't cry, unless, it's my last one. So... back to THIS knife... not great steel at all. Didn't arrive sharp, and did not hold an edge. If that matters to you, skip it. If you are that type of person that cuts yourself on razor sharp knives... this one is probably a great match, you'll love it.

Perfect little paring knife at a great price.
Best little, easily found in a drawer, paring knife (due to the colorful handle) I have ever bought. I love it. Fits in the hand just right. Lots of value.

Sharpest Knife in the Drawer!
This knife looks innocent enough. Warning: It is VERY sharp! It seemed I could never buy a knife that was sharp enough, but this one is, definitely. I was slicing celery by pushing it through the knife with my thumb and pushed a little too hard and actually cut my thumb. My fault, totally. I am going to check to see if there is a chef knife by this company. I will be purchasing a few more of these paring knives. I guess if I could suggest an improvement, I would make the handle a little larger (fatter).
