There are a lot of similar products to this all with rave reviews, but all the reviews complained of 'plastic-y' build quality. This version claims a carbon-fibre based build, which definitely doesn't feel plastic-y, while retaining the simplicity, mega portability and excellent rising. This tiny foldaway device sturdily holds my 15" Macbook Pro on a desk, risen to the point the top of the screen is at eye level with me - perfect. It's a bit fiddly to begin with, but once I got used to the adjustment mechanism it's perfect.

Bought this as it looked similar to the $70 roost stand - and i know that some of these cheaper alternatives come out of the same factory. I don't think this is one of those however, it's very cheap-feeling, although it does work.

I'm 6"4' and often have trouble with laptop screens being too low (giving me sore shoulders and bad posture). This stand raises the screen much higher than previous stands I've purchased, while remaining study enough. Also, it folds away small and neat, meaning it is portable in a satchel.

Better than I thought and handy to pack away.

I like the lightweight construction so it’s easy to carry with less weight than a similar product I’d used before, without compromising on load bearing strength. Really nice material.

Lightweight, sturdy and great for travel

sturdy, lightweight and reliable! have bought two since my first one broke (15 inch laptops might be too heavy) but i love it!

This might be the best laptop accessory ever. Working on a laptop gives me neck pain, I also work in different locations.
