Perfect backpack at an amazing price!
Pleasantly surprised, I got this thinking if I didn’t like it I’d give it to my son and order a more expensive Osprey pack. I tried it out on 2 day hikes over the weekend, this baby has everything you need, including the whistle. Lightweight, has a rain cover, great storage areas. I ordered a 2 liter water bladder (that wasn’t included) and it clips in perfectly, a 3 L would fit as well. There’s even a place to hang trekking poles. The blue color is gorgeous. I’m 5’8 and it sits on my hips perfectly, super comfortable. Very impressed! I’m keeping this one and ordering another for my son. Quality at a great price!

Great pack, exactly what I was looking for, and LOVE that it's purple!
Let me begin by saying that I hate buying things like this online where I can't feel them and get a really good look at them. I got this backack to replace my daypack I'd had for years. I needed something bigger than what I had since I tend to carry EVERYTHING. I was looking for a pack with a waist belt, hip pockets, back support, and hydration compatible. And was purple. This one had it all and I was cautiously optimistic. And I just gotta say it did not disappoint. I love the amount of pockets there are and that everything I need for long day hikes fits in or on it. It is comfortable loaded down with approximately 20lbs of gear. I've been using it for day hikes pretty extensively for 5 months (even took it to Havasu Falls in February) and I have found no quality or durability issues with it at all. And really, for a $40 pack, I'd say it's a great deal. I'm very happy with it.

This pack is great!
I’m a fifty-something grandma with bad knees. But I wanted to still enjoy the great outdoors as much as I’m capable of doing. I’ve been looking for a lightweight small pack that would be able to carry food for a day, water, a change of clothes, my binoculars, bear spray and first aid kit. As I searched the big name sporting good stores, I couldn’t find anything that fit the bill for under $120 or more. When I saw this pack and read the reviews, I thought it was worth a shot. What I found was that I LOVED this pack by far better than the more expensive counterparts from the big name stores and I paid less than $40. It has pockets all over, hooks to hang a hydration bladder, (not included but available for cheap on Amazon), comfortable, padded shoulder straps, waist and chest buckles, ample room with minimal weight. I took it out a few days ago and was so pleased with its performance. The fabric is tough but lightweight. There was room for everything plus more had I desired. I don’t intend to hike Everest with this pack but for my purposes it’s perfect! And by the way, purple is my favorite color and I love it on this pack!

Camino-approved!
Perfect size and lots of pockets for our 500-mile Camino Francés journey. It kept me organized and provided enough space for every item I needed to carry. Durable and practical, I only wish it had put less strain on my lower back. I tried shifting weight inside, but by the end of our Camino I was ready to leave it behind for that reason.

Love it
This pack is great. My daughter is 5’2 130lbs and bought this for her first hiking pack. She primarily bought it for day hikes for she and her dog. It holds Nalgene bottles in the side pockets, holds trekking poles nicely, she bought a clip to hold her smart water bottle on the strap and it fits perfectly. The shoulder pads are comfy, the waist pack is wider which she wanted and has nice pockets on it. It can hold a water bladder but she does not use one. She has had it about a month now and uses it multiple times a week.update after using it for almost a year:She has started searching for a new pack because over time & longer hikes it is starting to pinch between shoulder and neck on each side. She bought extra strap pads to attach to straps and it sort of helps but as comfortable as she'd hoped. She is disappointed bc she loves the pack

Stitching
I bought this for a 6 day, but daily, hiking trip. I didn’t take much: 2 filled Yeti bottles on side pockets (used side clips to keep them secure which worked out great) a couple extra 16 oz water bottles, snacks: bars, apples, sandwiches. I wanted to say everything I packed bc I feel the stitching, however don’t actually rip, it’s now pulled slightly away from the pack back material. It was a little on the heavier side, but definitely not heavy enough to cause the separation. I still gave it a 3, because of the durability of everything else, the shoulder pads are extremely comfortable, the side pockets and extra pockets. Still recommend if not taking things on the heavier side aka Yetis

Great backpack.
My Aunt sent my son this exact backpack for Christmas a few years ago. He got almost 2 years out of it going to high school before I got him a new one because the first one was light colored and he stained it up so bad I wanted to replace it. The zippers, fabric and little storage spots in it were fine it just looked old. He wouldn’t entertain getting any other bag than this one. They hold up great! Would highly recommend this backpack.
