I am so glad I found this seller. The pendant is beautifully made, and I’ll treasure it dearly. The seller was very attentive, sending emails when the fur was received, verifying the personalization preference, as well as when it was finished. I ordered a teardrop pendant to hold some fur from my Heart Horse who passed away a year ago in February. The owner, Kaja was great to talk to and she helped me through my questions as I asked my specifics for what I'd like to see in the pendant. All in all it took about 6 weeks (2 weeks to mail from Michigan to the UK, a little over 2 weeks for production and approval, and 2 weeks for the pendant to go through Customs and back to MI), but it was well worth the wait and it brought us all to tears when we got to see it in person. Kaja did an AMAZING JOB!! To have this piece of my baby beautifully preserved and protected to carry with me... it means more than any simple locket with only a name and photo.I HIGHLY recommend Cosmic Lens Jewellery and will be using her again for any future keepsakes!

This is one of the best experiences I've had through Amazon. The creator communicated with me to select the options I wanted. When she sent me an image of the completed keepsake for my approval I literally cried. Now that I have it, I'm afraid to wear it on a necklace for fear of losing it. Soon, I'll be looking for a necklace that it deserves to be worn with.I lost my beautiful and loving friend not long ago. This keepsake is a wonderful way to have her memory close by.

The pendant with the hair and paws I ordered is adorable. A picture of it is attached to this review. It is well made and the perfect keepsake gift to memorialize our dog. She loves it. This company is responsive and trustworthy. I mailed the dog hair from Texas to the UK and Kaja walked me through each step necessary to customize our handcrafted pendant. The whole process took four weeks but it was well worth it. Thank you, Kaja!
