Works OK, not impressive quality
Adequate, though I can't say it's particularly well made. Instructions specify to mount with the cord at the bottom (as the pictures show) but the keyholes in the bracket would have the large ends down that way; on the other hand the heads of the supplied screws wouldn't fit through the large part of the keyhole anyway. But the line comes out and reels back in, the line is strong enough to support a set of wet bedsheets and pillowcases, so it gets the job done.

It works like a clothesline
It works like a clothesline. I have not had an issue. Its not really sturdy if you wanted to put a lot on it clothes everyday. I use 2 times a week for delicate. Also if it were in the sun all the time it would probably break down, its plastic.

Very poor quality!
Unfortunately this item is useless. No matter how tight you try to make the clothes line with adjustments it will not work. The line is made out of some type of vinyl and it is like hanging clothes on a rubber band. Clothes end up on the ground due to sever sagging that can not be corrected. I took it down and threw it in the trash. Very poor design.

Couldn't use it.
We received a package that had already been opened and taped back together. My husband took the clothesline out of the package. Right away it was missing two screws. A couple weeks later (and after we trashed the packaging) he'd remembered to find extra screws to hang it, but then we realized the bracket that came with it wasn't the right size.

Just what I needed!
I bought 2 of them and they were easy to put up. The line is a bit stretchy so just don't hang anything too heavy on one line. However, you can drape heavier items over 2 or more lines. I didn't want to spend a lot or have to dig a hole for a clothes tree so these inexpensive and RETRACTABLE lines were perfect!

One of the rivets came out with the first use. The string will sag no matter how tight you secure it. But it works.
