Ok I have a small business and was sick of writing reciepts 🙄 . Despite the reviews I went ahead and purchased. At first it was totally difficult. The manual is not helpful! So it does work with both my android and iPhone through the kyte app only. It prints great and became pretty easy to use . Love it highly recommended

I bought this to have an additional printer to print receipts for my small business. I own 2 other Munbyn (different model) printers so I thought this one would work like the other 2. Unfortunately that was not the case. This printer continuously gets disconnected from the device that you want to print from, and reconnecting via Bluetooth is a pain. The app I had to download for the connection is not intuitive at all, and I am an IT professional so I have more knowledge than most regarding how this connections work. I stopped using it after hours of frustration and unhappy customers, I literally put it in the garbage basket. Very disappointed with this product, it was a waste of time and money.

I'm switching to a flip phone since I appreciate the novelty, battery life, and simplicity so I needed a way to print QR and bar codes such as my Amazon Prime Whole Foods discount code since I won't have access to them on a dumb phone. As a platelet donor through the American Red Cross, I fill out a questionnaire prior to my appointment to expedite the donation process which also yields a QR code. It's a nice convenience but, again, requires either a smartphone or printer. Printers are expensive, require proprietary ink cartridges, and aren't nearly as portable.I was surprised at how easy to use it was. The instructions seemed a bit complicated and came with a disk and pamphlet but I just installed a random "thermal printer app" on the Google play store, paired the printer with my smartphone via Bluetooth, and was soon playing around with what I could do.Would recommend.

For the price it was a good deal. I really love the fact that is very easy to use and the instructive manual is understandable. It works for Android. It help me a lot for my business. I highly recommend.

It works great. Easy to use and easy to set up. Took seconds to set up. Print quality great too.

Specs says mini usb however its male usb and male mini usb c not a mini usb, which would be better being its wireless and can run off its battery.Did a test print and had to shorten our business name to where it wasn't recognizeable and, printed the business names and addresses of the company to the far right and cut half of it off.We had to remove the address to make it look somewhat presentable and fit it on the paper.We do like the other aspects of it though for its price!

Batteries got messed up printer works good just batteries when bad.I want to see if you can send new batteries?I bought printers from a different provider before but they discontinued the brand and I have not had an issue with them since I bought them and now that I bought your product and it has not been more than two months and I’m already having issues.

The media could not be loaded. Not easy to understand but easy to use once you know what your doing
