Very nicely organized book. It’s good to have it as a reference if you are like me and like to use recipes for the slime or need new ideas. Lots of helpful tips and tricks. Nice pictures. Glad to support a young lady entrepreneur especially because I’m starting a slime business with my young daughter and this book is a resource we enjoy.

Ultimate Slime Extreme Edition: 100 New Recipes and Project book is full of fascinating slime recipes that you can make all on your own. There are recipes that I haven't even heard of and I am excited to try with my students, adult children and granddaughters!

The only slime book you will need. This is a very complete book about making slime. I know what you are thinking how difficult can it be to write down some slime recipes. I assure you this book is so much more. The best part of the book is in the first few pages. The young Youtube star, Alyssa Jagan, shares her knowledge by explaining the different ingredient combinations and the pros and cons of each. Some activators last longer and some get hard over time. She even tells you the brands that work best for her so you can skip the experiments and make perfect slime every time. We have also all had epic slime fails that were too sticky and couldn’t be salvaged. Alyssa gives you tips to fix batches that I would have previously thrown away. I feel pretty sure with this book you can fix any batch. She even gives you recipes that are specifically to bring new life to all those old bags of slime you have.What makes this book so extreme is all the additives that would never cross my mind. We have tried a number of the recipes and love the fun and unusual textures. I would have never thought to add foam balls and fake snow, but was pleasantly surprised by the results.I thought if you have made slime once it’s all the same. This book has taught me so much about making slime and my daughter is obsessed with making all the different types. She particularly loves the ones with more texture. I do recommend buying glue in bulk. I prefer the Elmer’s glue all as it has a shinier look. This book will teach you all the different colors, scents, and additives you can use but then it is up to you to customize every batch to what you like. It is great activity to do with my daughter and all her friends love making slime when they come over. Despite it just looking like having fun it is teaching my daughter to follow recipes, measure, and be creative...but shh don’t tell her that!It’s an all around comprehensive book that covers everything down to storage. It is perfect for the slime lovers. I plan on buying many more copies and giving them as birthday presents with some of the preferred ingredients.

So, a bit of background. The slime phenomenon was nowhere in sight for me until I started to volunteer with families who had a child with cancer. The playroom is open to the patient and their siblings. I discovered that many of them like to make slime. The first time I tried to make it on my own with a child, I brought out the wrong kind of glue. The second time the consistency was not right. Now I can make a passable, if not great, slime.
