Not a great steamer at all. It's very cheaply put together and not very sturdy. When moving it around you have to really hold on to it so it doesn't tip over. The steamer stopped working properly after 2 uses. There isn't any steam that comes out more like hot air. The part where the water gets hot, sounds like and angry pot of boiling water. Not very relaxing for the client to have it right next to them. The light is very bright but doesn't really extend far enough so you have to have it almost on top of your client and even then the arm isn't long enough. Don't waste your money on this.

I am very happy with my steamer. It's easy to assemble. You have to use Alkaline water for this to work otherwise it will beep. The customer service is amazing. They made sure I received the product and followed up with tracking information. BIG PLUS !! Thank you again . Extremely happy

I purchased this steamer to use during facial services and so far I’m not having any issues. It’s small but effective and produces a surprising amount of steam for its size.
