The charger was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Im in med school and my charger pooped out the last couple weeks during our final testing study period May 2019. Microsoft sent me a new charger for free , but it was only going to be shipped after they received my old broken charger which would have taken too long (turns out the official microsoft charger arrived after my last test!) I have been using it religiously since then.The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that when the charger is connected while I am using the laptop, sometimes the mouse stops working. This isnt too much of a prb for me due to the touch screen function however it was pretty annoying go get used to at first and made me concerned my laptop would be stuck without mouse use just because I used an off brand charger. After I disconnect the charger there arent any problems though and Ive been using it for the last 2.5 months almost daily.I still use it as my primary charger and carry it with me everywhere my laptop goes (daily to school, coffee shops etc) and it has held up well.

Purchased this for the second time and it only charged my computer once and the charger died completely. I tried multiple times to make it work but even it’s USB port didn’t work either so the charger itself was unable to send power. I was able to return the defective charger and got a new one which has been working great for months now as did the very first charger I bought, happy now with this product. It appears that the manufacturer has included a 12 month warranty now which is great in case you happen to get a defective one, but I am sure they have also improved the quality.

My cat decided the piece that connects the cord to the Surface looked like an awesome chew toy, so with plastic bits missing from the original, to Amazon I went! This one is almost identical to the Microsoft version, with the exception that the cord from the brick to the computer is longer than Microsoft’s (a welcome change). I don’t notice a difference in charging time, and it’s working fine several months after purchase.

It works perfectly on Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Looks just like the Microsoft version and seems just as sturdy. Very impressed with how quickly it charged my device.

This has worked perfectly with my Surface Pro 6, and it's better than the original because of the length of the cord.

I liked it so much because it works with my Surface that I bought another one for the upstairs. This way I have one plug downstairs and another upstairs. Also, in case one goes, I have another one.The old cable just wore out from use. I can use it and it works at times. I don't want to take a chance.

My Surface Pro power supply failed just at the wrong time. Ordered replacements immediately but there was no way to speed up delivery ... per the best direct support person at Amazon who checked every option plus non Amazon options. Got delivery exactly as requested....packaging was great.....product was actually better than I expected. Chord length was more than I thought it would be. Luckily, I operate my business on the cloud.

Happy always happy about this brand, second time I buy an adaptor for the family both are as advertised

I had to buy yet another charger because for some reason none can make a good durable charger for the Microsoft surface book, I tried this one due to the reviews being higher than the others however when I received the the parcel, it looked all good. Opened it up plugged it in. And nothing. It doesn’t work at all. Unless you want to sit and press the charge in as hard as possible at all times. My old one works better than this one and it sparks! Waste of money and as I am a student I am now out of a lot of my money as well as being unable to use my computer.

Very good quality charger. Looks idential (same shape/size/colour/feel) as the original MS one. It's much better having the longer lead that comes with this charger rather than the very short microsoft one. So far no probelms at all. Very happy.
