Label says to steep for 3 mins or more. For maximum health benefits steep for 5-10 mins. Longer steeping does not make it bitter, but better.For health, drink without milk or sugar, because they will reduce the antioxidants.If all you want is a good cup of tea, go for the milk and sugar. The taste reminds me of Thai tea.Each box has 2 foil pouches of tagless bags, 20 bags to a pouch.The only negative is the bags are bleached. Usually, organic teas come in unbleached bags.
