Great Item for the price
As has been noted in other reviews, this T-bevel is not flashy nor does it have a fancy wooden handle. But then again, it is not supposed to be a decorative center piece, as it is a tool to be actually to be used. As such, it works very well. The knob is very large and easy to grip and it holds the angle well and firmly. The level is functional. The handle is a hard plastic, so it can be knocked about if necessary. For a bevel under $10, I don't think yo can beat it. I would stack its functionality up against any of the 30 or 40+ dollar designs.

Really enjoy the built-in bubble/level and how it simplifies documentation of angles rising from a "level plane".....way better than trying juggle a torpedo level!

Good value
This bevel gauge has a boring plastic handle rather than a pretty hardwood one. Uh... who cares? The parts fit nicely together. The knob is easy to turn and tightens down nicely. Basically, it works. Good value.

Lock in the exact angle
The hassle with most devices is getting an accurate angle and/or locking in the angle. This guy does both. Line it up lock it in. The angle is always perfect. Frankly, I was impressed after years of relying on protractor type measuring tools.

Easy to use, Affordable
I have really enjoyed this tool. Simple, nice length, and easy to use. I built an accent wall out of old fence wood and this tool was perfect to measure the different angles of the drywall as my vaulted ceiling tapered downward.

Another awesome tool I'll never use
I bought this T-Bevel during a hardcore home carpenter jag. Well, the jag is over for now and I've never used it. Quality is there and it could presumably measure angles. Yay!

Why did I wait?
This sliding T-Bevel is great. It construction is solid and the locking dial is strong. I've always wanted one of these but kept putting off buying one. The price is was too good to pass on. There's no need to pay more for a brand name. The built in level has been very useful.

A great tool for the reno warrior,figure out angles quickly and accurately.Solid thick metal slider,very little flex and great durable handle.Has a small level inbeded in the handle.Locking screw keeps the markings tight and true.
