Is it easy to assemble?

It's not that complicated. You just have to stack the wires together one tier at a time. It took a few minutes to figure out where they go but there aren't too many combinations to try out. I recommend to keep the plates away from you while you are assembling it.

Where is this product made?

I did not keep the box so do not know. It is not stamped on the plates.

Are the measurements on the description correct or the measurements on the pictures?

Each plate measures 6” x 11 3/4”

Can the bars only be used if the rack is facing the front? Or can the sticks be used in other positions as well?

Dear， Yes，they only can be used when the rack facing the front.
