Where is this product made?

It is made in Japan. A well made/high quality product. The peeling blades are very sharp and therefore this product is by far the most superior and effective peeler that I have owned. it warrants a respectful amount of caution to avoid accidental injury from haste or poor technique.

Will this work for the left hand, as well?

This product can be used either right-handed or left-handed. Thank you.

Is this peeler dishwasher safe?

Really like this peeler! The length makes it much easier to peel items. But very sharp! I don’t know if dishwasher safe, but since it has sharp blades I wash very carefully by hand. Knives and sharp items similar to knives shouldn’t be put In dishwashers anyway as the heat/ strong detergents are harsh (albeit very cleaning) and may cause degradation of metals and sharp edges. 🙂

Can the blade be sharpened?

Hello The material is Stainless Steel, so it's possible, but it's very challenging considering the shape of the blade. If you want to sharpen it, we recommend that you request a professional knife shop to do so. Thank you
