Does the handle get hot to hold comfortably?

I have not noticed it. Although it is a strong handle, the spatula part is weak, I only use it for lighter pieces of fish .

Does the handle have a hole for hanging or is it solid?

Mine has a nice hole/slot for hanging, ergonomic grooved handle. 2&1/2" W at base x 6" L &3 1/2" wide . Good for turning fish.

Very lovely and heavy duty!

Very lovely and heavy duty! I will enjoy using the All Clad utensils with my new Silga Italian cookware. The fish turned is flexible and perfect for grilling delicate fish, like Dover sole, and crab dishes.

I bought this slotted turner impulsively together with an All-Clad pan. It's thin and flexible, and when I used it to make crab cakes I found that it was easy to keep them whole while turning them. It's also long, which increases the stability. A well-designed utensil.
