Perfect gift!
I ordered this mug for my mom for mother's day. It is a quality mug that doesn't chip or scratch in the dishwasher! It came well protected in Styrofoam and was in perfect condition upon arrival! The image I put on it was better that I thought it would be! It was exactly like the template example. It is so cute! She loved it!

SO CUTEEEEE
I got 2 matching mugs as gifts and they’re so cuteeeee. The picture is big, clear and super vibrant. You can see it so clearly. The placement is a little crooked but it looks perfect anyway. I’m thinking about getting 2 more for my wife and I. The cup itself is like ceramic glass, very smooth. I was worried about it breaking on the way but the packaging was good. I’m excited to give these out as gifts. Definitely worth the $16

Great personalized mug! Excellent Customer Support!
The first mug I received did have a problem with the cropping of the image. The image as it was displayed on Amazon appeared to be fine. I am not sure if the problem was with the tools that Amazon provides to vendors. But I did notify the seller and they sent out a new mug with the image uncropped.. no fuss. They also did not require me to send back the original mug. The support is great! Also shipping for me was much faster than the estimate.If you are using the crop tool, I would recommend telling them in the notes field so they can provide exactly what you are expecting.
