Quiet quality winder
Piano black wood finish is upscale and pillows are a good fit. Winder is quiet. Much nicer than the ones with plastic housing and pillows.

No LED/ No DC Power Option- False Advertising
No illumination. There is no LED illumination, nor is there a DC power option. This was a replacement for a unit that was missing parts. I will be returning this one as well and finding a different brand.

This winder just Broke on the left side! I keep it in The Safe and No one touches it But Me: it’s only a Two ur Warranty: So I have to Have Another and I Love The APPEARANCE SEE!!!

Great Customer Service
I received this watch winder about a year ago. It appears to be well made, and the cabinet finish is beautiful. Recently, one of the motors stopped functioning, and only the right side winder was working. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service, and was quickly sent a new motor, with a link to a video showing how to install it. Installation was no problem, and it now works perfectly. I'm quite sure that the item was way out of the warranty period, but they immediately took care of it. I couldn't ask for better customer service; they made sure I was happy, and followed up with me via e-mail to ensure my satisfaction.
