Does really good job

It was easy enough to use. I brushed on the 1st coat thinking that would do it. Let it set for about 15 minutes, then washed it off. It was difficult to get all the residue off the brick. I tried a 2nd coat - didn't help. In one area I even tried a 3rd coat - no change. To be far, the bricks have been in the sun every day for 10 years although there were no cautions in the literature. So for a brick patio, I'd say try something else.

This pulled 75% of some deep oil stains out of the pavers. It’s super important to dilute it with water as this is acidic. Poured some directly from the mixed bucket I made then scrubbed with a nylon brush. Let is sit for a few minutes then pressure washed it off. Stain was 75% lighter and for the remaining 25% I used brake cleaner. Sprayed on, and wiped off in less than 5 seconds.

I've owned a pressure washing company for over 15 years. This is the only product I use. I mix it 50/50 and prespray on both driveways and pavers. Be sure not to let it dry and start cleaning with your surface cleaner. No bleach is needed. I've tried almost every crappy product out, but this stuff rally works well!!!I used a gallon today on pavers that had not been cleaned possibly ever, and there was an inch of moss on the. Paver Magic made it look brand new again!! This is a must have....

The product act like bleach. The product will bleach every thing white. I do not recommend for oil or grease stains. You will do more damage to the concrete or pavers. I recommend Dawn or laundry detergent to pour directly on the stains. Using to this product is hard to remove the white stains. It may be good if you are doing the entire concrete or pavers to match the color.

This stuff completely ruined my Paver Patio. I had the Patio put in 2 years ago and thought I would do a quick clean on it and then a reseal. My $10,000.00 Dollar Paver Patio has lost all of it's color and is destroyed. I tested a small area at first and it looks like it was going to be just fine, but once it all completely dries you get nothing but white pavers with no color. I'm going to have to find a legal route to get this resolved. These clowns should not be selling this for a paver cleaner.

This stuff is the answer to absolutely cleaning concrete, and pavers. I poured it, brushed it on, drank a cup of coffee, let it do the work, after 20-30 min, hosed it off, and let me tell you, it cleans it. So then, your done, that's it, that simple.
