more fiber texture
Taste nothing like any rice I have ever eaten much more fiber texture. I think ( have no idea) it is more healthy because of the greater fiber taste. Would buy it again

I received Thai rice.
The package states the the rice is from Thailand, not Bhutan. Thai red rice is much darker than Bhutanese, and presumably not the same variety as what we were served daily in Bhutan.

Great taste and texo
This is an excellent red rice, with great texture and great flavor. I am definitely ordering this again. The kernels separate more easily than brown rice, and maintain their texture throughout.
