knee killer!!!
Works great! You get what you paid for. It’s smooth depending on how you cycle it. Only thing is that I would recommend this to people who have recently used an elliptical and have strong knees. This kills my knees! Can’t really stay on it without them hurting for the first 10 minutes! But eventually you’ll get accustomed to it. Again, Doesnt go as smooth as a 400$ elliptical but it does the work.

It seems to be a decent Elliptical machine.
So far its holding up pretty good. I took my time putting it together. The instructions are pretty simple. It's a great price and it arrived earlier than expected.

Economical and small...a bit noisy
For an inexpensive starter unit, this is an acceptable solution. It's small and not too tall, so it fits perfectly in my basement. My goal was to get something affordable and easy to relocate. This machine does fit that criteria for me.As far as assembly goes, I had some trouble with a couple things. First, the wires that run through the base metal tube were loaded incorrectly. I had an incredibly tough time running the wire through the tube the correct way. I needed to tape it to a long thin stick in order to guide it in the right way. Secondly, one of the two main bolts is reverse thread, meaning it needs to be turned in the opposite direction (right tighty, lefty loosey doesn't apply). The directions weren't very clear on this. The digital display offers the right detail on stats, HR, time, distance...etc. I wish the space above the display was a little larger. My Note 9 is a little to big to sit securely on the panel, but it works. The device is noisy and a bit wobbly. Every few uses, I've needed to tighten the bolts. I'm okay with this for now. I figure if I can commit to using it, I'll upgrade to a better, more expensive machine. If not, I'm really not losing anything compared to paying for a gym membership.

Updated Review. Do not buy!
UPDATED REVIEW- 0 stars.Less than 3 months after purchase and 3-5 days a week of use, this machine fell apart. It started with bolts stripping and having to be tightened before every workout, and often during as well. Loud squeaking and grinding appeared next and even with lubrication it continued. Finally the welds started to fail and then then the solid part of the frame broke. It is now scrap metal. I’ll try to attach a photo. Do not waste your money.Got this because I knew I would never go to a gym and my doctor recommended using an elliptical. Health wise I’m doing great thanks to 30-45 min a day on it. This is not designed for heavier people and for years of use. I was 230 lbs when I started and the machine was creaking and straining. Down to 200 lbs and it is not protesting as much. Basically, for the cost of 3 months of a gym membership you can have a cheap one at home and decide your fitness fate. I personally am going to invest in a much nicer machine now that I know I will use and that I actually enjoy it.

Good value
I think this is a very affordable elliptical for someone just starting out with an elliptical and I get a good workout out of it. It was a bit of a pain to assemble, but I would somewhat expect that with just about any exercise equipment. Fortunately, I had some legit tools to make the assembly process a little easier (I'd recommend using your own tools to put the machine together if you have them) and the instructions required a little common sense & intuition because they weren't super easy to follow. Nevertheless, the elliptical was up & running within 24 hours of delivery and I haven't had a complaint since.

Be thorough and check all parts of machine
I added pictures of the screws near the pedal because I didn’t realize they were marked with an “L” and an “R” and that was the only issue I ran into during installation. I found a video on Youtube just searching for the product and it was very easy to follow.. the one in the instructions didn’t show up when I searched for it.It was pretty smooth when I first used it and there is definitely a difference between the 1st and 8th setting..it is a bit of a workout getting used to this elliptical but it’s not bad.One issue I did have shortly after trying it out was the belt in the part of the machine (I added a picture because I wasn’t sure what it was called) was all wacky and my boyfriend just went in there with his tools and fixed it and it works fine again! When that happened the machine was very rickety, loud, and it was hard to pedal..so if you do run into issues it might be a good idea to check the belt part!I’m a 5’7” female and I weigh 220lbs and physically I had no issues using this machine! I’m happy with my purchase so far!

It’s okay!
I built the machine myself took about hour or so , easy to follow the instructions. Doesn’t glide like most elliptical because it is short in range of movement maybe and a little wobbly. If I didn’t build it....I would have returned it.
