Works great. No instructions needed. Gets nice and tight or looser, as wanted. Shoulder strap very helpful. Nice that it comes off.

Bruised one of my upper ribs and was looking for compression. This brace worked well to keep the affected area stable and protected. There was an issue with sweating and itchiness but that is to be expected with any brace. I recommend washing the brace regularly if using often.

I’m using it to hold down my jiggly parts while running. I like the two straps to make it thicker or thinner with my body shape. It is a bit lumpy looking under my clothing, so I just wear it on the outside. Easy on and off, and strong enough Velcro. Good quality. I would buy again.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Don't care for the two straps. But, it did help my ribs.

Amazing for acute costochrondritis. My pain is at a minimum after months. This item is sometimes hard to keep exactly in place as a female but it’s not big deal. If you need to keep your chest/ribs immobile for healing, this item is great. Adjustable shoulder strap is good and brave is overall as expected!

This item had a terrible smell to it. I tried airing it out but still stinky. I returned it.

The fact the wrap is split helps for women with breasts. It actually helped hold it in place by running one over the top of my boobs. The one I bought before kept rolling on me and made me sweat. This one doesn't roll and is quite comfortable.

This was very uncomfortable. Did not support the chest area enough.
