I bought this charging stand a while back in spite of the broken English in the product description. It fits my Fossil Gen 5 Garrett perfectly - as well as the factory charging cable does. In fact, this is nicer than the factory charging cable because it holds my watch up so I can watch it charge. This is great for my desk when I’ve tracked my sleep all night and haven’t had a chance to charge it. I’m torn between using it at my desk, or in the bathroom while I’m getting ready, or by my bed (maybe before or after I sleep). I recently went on a trip and, alas, neither my factory charger nor this fancy stand charger went with me. So, for a short stack of Washingtons, I ordered another one to meet me at my destination (yay, Amazon!). Problem solved and now I get the fancy stand charger at two locations at home. I kinda wish it had a USB-C connector rather than a Micro-USB connector, but Micro-USB is probably still more common, so it makes sense that they would use the Micro. That’s really the only complaint I can think of. I haven’t seen any issues with durability. It rode in the middle of my crowded, overweight backpack on multiple occasions and survived. I’m thankful it didn’t have the issues that other reviews have mentioned. I was a little surprised that the angle of the stand doesn’t adjust, but it’s really not a factor. The angle is fine and has never been an issue. It’s not expensive and I would recommend it.

I can see from other reviews here that people without Fossil watches aren't having the best of luck with this stand. I am not one of those people. This watch stand isn't just a stand that you tuck your official white "disk" charger into. This is a full blown charger, built directly into the stand. I bought this specifically for a Fossil Gen 4 Exploration Stainless Steel. It works perfectly. The magnet is strong enough, the contacts stick on easy, and the stand is well-weighted (not heavy, but not paper thin) enough to feel sturdy. There are no annoying/distracting LEDs anywhere on the stand. There are no gaudy logos, no sharp edges, and nothing amateur-ish about it. This isn't 3D printed. It's just clean, black plastic. Mine came with a USB cable (MicroUSB) but I chose not to use it, as I only use Anker's Powerline cables. It charges just as quick as the standard charger, no complaints at all. Don't spend $30 on the official charger. This is much, much better in every way.

I purchased this for my Fossil Sport because it seemed like a good device based on other reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was a terrible one - I received the product today, plug it into a standard 2.0mA box and put my watch on it, and the watch shuts off. I turned the watch back on, and it, for some reason, reset to showing 2:00am (it's currently about 6pm). Thinking it had something to do with the box, I grab another, different brand and lower rating. I let it sit for 30 seconds, and found it to be shut off again. I then turned it on, and brushed the metal contacts on the back of the watch as I was doing so - they were extremely hot - hotter than they've ever been with the factory charger. In addition, my state of charge decreased from 30% to 20% over the course of this 5 minute period - I definitely won't be using this, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Everything was good product was as expected and works really good with my watch no problems with the product itself. Only thing i have to complain about was the packageing it came to my post office box damaged and bad was slightly riped and when i opend the shipping back the product box was bust open and ripped on the sides of the box but product itself was in tact. Maybe it could have helped to be better packaged in a bigger box instead of a bag or more bubble wrap around box so that it dosent happen to someone else and have the actuall product itself be damaged.

Not bad. I would definitely recommend this. [see also update below] I can confirm that this charger works just fine with the Fossil Sport 43mm (aka: men's) smartwatch. The fit seems ever-so-slightly looser than the original charger, but nothing to worry about. The watch lugs look like they are pretty close to hitting the charger's face, so perhaps the 41mm (aka: women's) version would not fit as well. However, I can't test that. If necessary, you might be able to shave a little off the edges of the charger face in case that's a problem. For any hackers, I can also confirm that the charger applies the positive voltage to the inner ring as it should. Overall, I'm pleased to have a second fully functional charger. Now I can keep one at home and have a second for work and/or travel without worrying that I'll lose or break the only way to recharge my smartwatch. [UPDATE 11/2019] -- I've been using this every day for a few months, and 90% of the time it works fine. But once in a while I need slide the watch around to adjust its position for it to actually charge. It seems that the charging pins don't always line up perfectly. I do have a heavier watch band than standard, so it might be working _better_ for me with more weight to hold it in the correct position.

This charger is perfect for my Michael Kors Access Sofie Heart Rate watch. I wanted to purchase a second charger as my watch struggles with keeping a charge for a full day. There aren't many compatible chargers available for the heart rate models yet. Before arrival I was a little concerned that all the weight of the stainless steel was going to be too heavy and slip off the angled magnet but it holds my watch securely. This was a better solution than purchasing a MK OEM charger as this was more affordable, is faster and the black blends in better with my nightstand. I now use my original charger as back up and keep it in my purse. I'm really happy with my purchase of the Balerion watch charger!

This unit lasted me 2 months before one of the contacts retracted and would not come out and hence not charge the watch, it was a budget charge so decently paid for what I got

I love how sturdy it is. Even if I am half awake going to bed, it is incredibly easy to set my watch up to charge. I wish my cell phone was as easy! :) I have another charger that I travel with, but its so flimsy that I started leaving it behind and taking this one along. I love having it on my hotel nightstand and not having it fall off like my flimsy one does. It travels well because it is sturdy, but as it doesn't fold or bend, it does take a little more room in the bag than the flimsy charger. I might buy another and leave it in my travel bag. Oh, and the cord length is perfect!

Does the job.

I've been using this for about 1 month now to charge my Fossil Venture Gen 4, and it works fine. I rest my watch to charge over night and by morning it's at 100%. Normal battery functioning during the day. The stand feels like black plastic (matte plastic though), and looks better than the charge that came with the watch.

This is very flimsy and barely holds weight of watch. Did not fit Michael Kors watch as stated.
