ROKR Marble Run 3D Wooden Puzzles Model Building Kits for Adults - Educational Project Brain Teaser, DIY Crafts for Adults (Fortress)

Love doing regular puzzles, but decided to try something 3D this time. It was great fun! The material quality was top notch, the engineering was incredible, and the instructions were some of the best I've seen. If there's any ambiguity, I always put things together wrong way first before getting it right. I had no do overs with this. After a little fine tuning, it worked perfectly! A lot of the connections require a great bit of force. Using the provided sandpaper to knock down the edges on the male connectors is advisable to get a good start before the major pressure begins. This is not simple build, it takes some time and effort to put it together which makes the whole process much more fun. The end result is a very cool marble run that my everyone likes to play with. The wood pieces are thin but strong enough for this build. There are a few pieces that needed to be lightly sanded but all considering the overall quality of the kit is quite good. I like this one so much I bought another version that Amazon has available.

This was my first ROKR puzzle I tried and didn’t know what to expect. Well I was blown away at the excellent, detailed instructions and the precision of each wood piece in the box. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to accomplish the assembly, but took my time…….fixed a few of my minor mistakes along the way 😬, and everything went together nicely. It even worked the first time I tried it! I have since purchased other ROKR models and have been just as pleased with them.

Great but it does need some glue on the track going down the steel marble hitting the sides is going to work loose. Otherwise it is a lot of fun, challenging and exciting. I have already ordered some more.

This has been a really fun project for me to work on. I'm glad I got it. It's not too easy to build but is easy to follow which is what I wanted. There needs to be some challenge to it. The company also has a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a weird issue with one piece that to me looked like it couldn't have been foreseen by them but after a couple messages back and forth they sent me a replacement piece super fast so I can continue with the project. I would highly recommend this brand/product.

I built this with my 2 sons, ages 10 and 12. We built it in about 2 days and it definitely requires some patience and gentleness as the pieces can be easy to break or damage if you're not careful. Definitely use the sanding tools to smooth out rough edges and lubricate where indicated.

This kit was very well made. My grandson spent a day and a half constructing it mostly by himself and though he didn't finish before the day was out, he loved every minute of this. I think he will finish in 2 days total. A great birthday present.

I bought this puzzle to work on with my son. The instructions come in the form of pictures, much like the Lego kits - are easy enough to follow. The pieces come precut in several thin boards of wood. Detaching has not been a problem. However, when fitting the pieces together, several have easily broken apart rendering the piece unusable. I've had to superglue a few together using small pieces of paper towel to reinforce the repair. You also have to get creative with how to get some parts together as they have to be manipulated in tight spots. Overall, I wish the pieces were a little more sturdy. We are enjoying putting it together and seeing the progression toward the end product.
