Not for me
I have been trying and trying but I find it difficult to understand or follow the step by step instructions. I have been using Pinnacle Studio 15 and have completed a series of travel videos that are broadcast in a closed circuit TV studio where I live to 1600 homes with excellent feedback from my audience. I consider myself an above average amateur editor. The book also is extremely heavy and difficult to keep next to me when I am using it because the spine is so tightly bound and the book wants to be closed. E.T.F.

Took several hours to download first time. Second time, it hung, apparently others had the same trouble.
See above. Will try again another time. Perhaps it was rushed into production? I have used an earlier version of Pinnacle, years ago. It seemed much more straightforward and user friendly.

I like having this for a reference. It mostly works with my Studio 18 too..

This manual appeared to be just what I was looking for- and indeed it was! It is a masterpiece in my opinion. I doubt I could have coped with this highly complex programme without it. Furthermore it was enjoyable to boot- I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have got the book well in advance. Every things are fine there. But I am facing a problem which is required to be solved. Inspite of my level best try in day and night to download/install the program as per direction given in the book but fruitful result has yet to come. Very comprehensive and well laid out, I would have preferred the illustrations to be in colour.

Finally - the YouTube videos are terrible and just don't do it. Too much nonsense. Jeff is a good author and finally things are coming together.

I have always had pinnacle studio. It is great for making videos and doing slide shows. The book is easier to use as a reference rather than trying to read online.
