I'm impressed with the product, but even more impressed and happy with the customer service. This personalized brick was for an Eagle Scout project, and I needed it by a certain date (just under 2 weeks away) when it would be installed. After placing the order and seeing an estimated delivery window that could stretch past that date, I emailed the seller asking them to please expedite. They came through and I received it within a week! I'm very happy, and the new Eagle Scout is as well!

Brick was etched exactly as requested. Looks really nice. I will purchase more in the future.

Their bricks aren’t engraved. It’s a stamp and it’s not a full brick. Stay away from them. They won’t refund your money either. They will take it but not back it up. They won’t respond to any questions.

I had a custom brick made up for my husband on our anniversary. So unique and he thought is was great.

Pros-- it's a real brick and nice and heavy. Cons-- the inscription was off-centered when I received it.
