Jack Black - Deep Dive Glycolic Facial Cleanser, Clay-Based Cleanser, PureScience Formula, Facial Cleanser and Mask, Recommended for Normal, Dry, or Oily Skin, Glycolic Acid

I’ve used this for about 10 years now and I’ve recommended it to everyone I know (and everyone I don’t know, lol.) It simply doesn’t miss. It will remove makeup easily, get rid of any dirt and oil, and also exfoliate while miraculously not stripping your skin of moisture. In my late 30s I have relatively normal skin that tends to run dry in the winter months. I can depend on this year round — in the summer it’s refreshing and the sweat and oil is gone. In the winter, it removes dead skin and allows for deep penetration of my skincare and moisturizers. My boyfriend has extremely sensitive, red and eczema-prone skin and this does not irritate him or dry him out. I cannot say enough good things about this stuff for anyone. Ignore that it’s technically a men’s product. Yes it’s pricey, but I’ve tried every cheaper alternative in the world and I come back to this every time. It’s just SO GOOD.

Ive used this product for about a month now and I can already see how much it helps its reduced my skin oil and cleared up my pores ontop fo getting rid of some of the smaller details so far and is a good price for the larger bottle.

I've been using this product for a couple years now. Works very good on face and you will shine all day. Excellent value for the money. The scent is pretty pleasant and it's very easy to apply to skin. Once you rub it in, it blends right into your face.

I enjoy using it as a face mask immediately after a good shave. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, fresh, and healthy.

Deep cleans without being harsh on skin

Yes the microbeads in this wash require you to actually scrub your face, but isn’t that the point? I like that this wash is aggressive enough to get oil off, but can also be used on sensitive skin and works under my beard. Great for your hair fade line (neck, temples) too if you break out sometimes like me after a barber appointment. Apply a vitamin c serum after to even out the tone.

I can’t not rave about this product enough. It’s geared towards men but I’m a 35 year old woman and I’ve dealt with itchy rosacea on my cheeks for about 6 months. I was described ointments that never worked. I was so disappointed because I felt if prescriptions wouldn’t work, nothing will. Then my husband showed me this in his cabinet and I figured it was worth a shot. Omg it’s amazing!!!!!! I used it as a wash the first time and the itchiness and redness almost immediately subsided. After that, I used it as a mask (which I prefer anyway and it’s only 5 minutes) and after maybe 5 uses, I don’t even see the bumps anymore. Apparently glycolic acid is great for treating rosacea and this product works!!! Also, there’s no manly smell. Buy it and you won’t regret it.

I’m so disappointed that Dermalogica no longer makes their clay cleanser. I searched for a while for something with similar ingredients. I could tell a huge difference with the very first use of this. My skin feels very clean and smooth. No strong scent or odor. Highly recommend for anyone that likes a Clay type cleanser with oily and acne prone skin!

El producto funciona bastante bien, limpia y purifica la piel, ya sea como limpiador o mascarilla. El único pero que le veo es el precio tan elevado (500 MXN), de ahí en más todo bien. No lo compraré de nuevo, hay otras opciones más barata e igualmente efectivas.

Bought it as a gift for my friend, great product

Simply brilliant! There are many products like this on the market but this one has the best ingredient profile and delivers the best results of the ones i've tried. Doesn't dry the skin out at all which is my main gripe with products containing clay or charcoal. Unlike other reviewers I find that this product lathers fine and a little goes a long way. I have used it twice a day for just over a week and my pores are clear, my shave after is always close and my skin never dry. Can't ask for more than that. The fact that the product uses clean ingredients that don't sound like a chemical essay also makes me happy to buy it again. Highly recommended.

Cream smells really nice and is easy to apply but didn’t react well with my face and I had a reaction.
