Works perfectly for a 42 inch TV as a Monitor
I use an OLED LG 42 inch TV for a computer monitor and needed and adapter to convert from my computer mount to the TV. This worked perfect! Super easy install and it came with bolts to help attach my computer mount to the tv bracket securely. This was a simple fix and worked great.

Works great, nice and simple, holes are countersunk so it doesn't force you to use spacers if your TV design doesn't require them.

This review is for: VIVO Steel VESA LCD LED TV Mount Adapter Plate Bracket for Screens 32" to 55" | Conversion Kit for VESA up to 400x200mm (MOUNT-AD4X2) Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. I needed 400x300. However, in response to some of the other reviews, here is my experience: There was no missing mounting hardware. It appears to be new. The nuts are correct (not lock nuts). The mounting bracket seems of good quality and definitely strong enough to mount 100lbs. All the holes lined up exactly. I couldn't do a 400x300 since this does not work for me, but the 400mm lined up and all of the holes on my mount matched up.
